Three interviewers, one booking

Northwind's final interview needs Lena, Felix and Ida in the same room. Follow the link from the Assignment tab to the invite in everyone's inbox.

Assignment

Make it collective and add the panel

Lena sets the link to Collective and adds Felix and Ida as fixed hosts. Everyone on the list has to attend.

Availability

Every host you add has to be free

Cal.com lays the three calendars over each other. Adding Ida takes her afternoon away, so four times on Thursday become two.

Booking page

Kenji only sees times that work for all three

He opens the link in London, sees every interviewer's face, and picks 10:30, which is 11:30 in Berlin.

Calendars

One booking on three calendars

The interview lands in Lena's, Felix's and Ida's calendars at the same time, with the same Cal Video link.

Notifications

Everyone gets the invite

The three hosts and Kenji each get an email with the time in their own time zone. Nobody forwards anything.

Add a host, lose some slots

Now try it yourself. Add or remove interviewers and see what's left for Kenji on Thursday.

Hosts on the final interview

2 times left for Kenji on Thursday.
