Requires confirmation

Say yes before it's on your calendar

Turn on Requires confirmation and bookings arrive as requests. Confirm or reject each one from Bookings or the email, and the person who booked hears back either way.

One request, both sides

Clara asks Martin for a first consultation on Wednesday at 10:00am. Pick his answer and see what she gets.

The request waits under Unconfirmed, and Clara's page says Martin still has to answer.

Martin's Bookings

What Clara sees

Only when it's short notice

Martin is happy with bookings made days ahead. Anything inside 48 hours waits for him, and the time stays held while it does.

Bookers know before they pick

The booking page says Requires confirmation under the duration, so Clara knows her time is a request before she sends it.

Answer from your inbox

Every request also arrives as an email with Confirm and Reject buttons. One click answers it, and Cal.com sends a reminder if a request is still waiting.

Act on every request

Workflows can start when a booking is requested or rejected, so the text to the booker or the note to your team goes out without you. Webhooks fire on both too.
