Pick the dates and a reason. New bookings stop, or go straight to the teammate covering for you, and your page tells people which.

One form, then you're off
Dates, a reason, a note if you want one, and who covers. The entry ends on its last day, so there's nothing to switch back.
The calls you already had
Going away cancels nothing. Daniel still hosts three calls that week, so his admins get an email listing them and can hand them over.

Admins see every entry on the Team OOO tab, and can add one for someone who's off sick and can't do it themselves.
